Draft for review

This page is a draft. Before launch, the items below need confirming and the page needs a legal review. Anything in square brackets is a placeholder.

  • The response time for accessibility reports (five working days suggested)
  • Date of the first full review

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Each page has one main heading and headings in order.
  • Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast, and focus is clearly visible for keyboard users.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, including the menu, the questions and the form.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors are written in words beside the field and announced to screen readers.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content, and the layout adapts to small screens.
  • Animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.

Known limitations

  • Member company logos are images. Each has the company name as its text alternative, but some logos include small print that is not described.
  • Session cover images include the session title as text in the image. The same information appears as text beside each image.
  • The member platform is provided by Circle and is not covered by this statement.
