Questions about paying.

When does billing start?

Members who join now pay nothing until 1 January 2027. Monthly billing by card starts in January.

Is there an annual contract?

No. There is no annual contract and no payment for a year upfront. Membership continues monthly, with three months' notice should you decide to leave.

Can I add colleagues later?

Yes. Add a named member at any time for £95 a month. There is no cap on numbers.

What if someone leaves my business?

Their place can transfer to a colleague, provided the new member meets the membership criteria.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added to each monthly payment.
